Snapshots of your workspace, and the two things you can always do with your own data: take it out, or have it erased.

Backups
A backup captures your workspace configuration as it stands: connections, queries, reports, schedules, monitors, and the rest of what you have built. Trigger one before a migration, a bulk edit, or anything you would rather be able to undo.
Only one backup runs at a time. Asking for a second while one is in flight is refused rather than queued, which keeps a stuck job from stacking up behind it.
Retention
Backups are kept for 30 days and then removed. Download anything you want to keep beyond that — the file is yours and there is no charge for taking it.
Export and deletion
Under Settings → Privacy & data you can download everything held about you — your profile, your workspaces, and the data in the workspaces you own — as a single JSON file.
You can also delete your account. It is deactivated immediately, and permanently erased after 30 days. During that window you can sign back in and cancel, which restores the account and the workspaces you own.
